Mural Pricing

     We are very competitive in our pricing, if you have a price in mind (within reason), chances are we can paint something for you.  Prices are based on time and materials but we have broken them down into averages by the square foot.

Interior Murals on Canvas (prices are lower for murals painted directly on interior walls - less material and canvas prep costs)      Some murals on canvas require very little detail and/or the overall design is very simple to paint  - prices average $7 - $14  per square foot plus shipping (less than many pre-printed photo murals on canvas).   These murals include simple sunsets with silhouette images, most graphic designs with large simple color areas, many types of loose abstract art, and other subjects without much need for detail.  The quality level is as good or better than most professional murals everywhere.       Higher quality, more complex murals and large scale oil paintings on canvas usually average $15 -$40 per square foot + shipping.   This runs the gamut of most things we are asked to paint -  excellent detail - very much the same quality you expect to see in a fine art gallery at a much lower price.      The highest quality murals, paintings and portraits can require considerably more time and are priced on an individual basis.  These paintings are what you would expect to see in a museum - the finest work painted with the finest materials available - sure to be conversation pieces. Exterior Murals Exterior murals most often require less detail and prices begin much lower. Large murals start at just $1.50 per square foot. Small murals (under 500 square feet) can be as low as $3.00 per square foot.  Average for small exterior murals is in the  $4.50 - $7.00 per square foot for most detailed murals and priced on an individual basis for extremely detailed pieces.
